About the Role
Arch Telecom's Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around products and services, focusing on customer needs and building meaningful connections. This role involves learning and assisting the Retail Store Manager in operational duties.
Responsibilities
- Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class customer experience.
- Help customers throughout their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
- Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
- Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
- Demonstrate network coverage and plan benefits to customers.
- Redefine wireless services through device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources.
- Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships where all are accountable for the company's success.
- Be willing to have a good time while providing first-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior wireless sales experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
