About the Role
Seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist for a flexible, high-earning part-time opportunity in our fast-growing, pediatric-focused practices in Kingston and Catskill, NY. This role offers daily production incentives on top of base compensation within a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage 30-35 adjustments per day.
- Collaborate with pediatric providers for interdisciplinary care.
- Commute between offices (preferred, not required).
Requirements
- Orthodontic Specialty License (required).
- Licensed in New York State.
- NY Medicaid ID preferred for expedited onboarding.
- Skilled in intraoral scanners and digital treatment planning.
- Comfortable managing 30–35 adjustments/day.
- Collaborative with pediatric providers for interdisciplinary care.
- Emotionally intelligent, ethical, and professional.

- Bonding Bonuses: Average $250/day in additional incentives

- Average Earnings Potential: $200,000+ annually (Based on 2 days/wk x 50 wks/year)
