About the Role
This Full-Time medical benefits eligible weekend track position is perfect for a PT who isn't available for a M-F schedule and is available every weekend. ENHANCED WEEKEND TRACK RATE.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and integrate all aspects of patient/client management, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and interventions to maximize functional outcomes.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team treating patients with diagnoses such as CVA, SCI, LE amputation, orthopedic, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient history, condition, and functional status.
- Prioritize patient care needs and ensure timely interventions.
- Accurately assess rehab needs and recommend appropriate equipment, education, and treatment.
- Complete all documentation in compliance with professional, organizational, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- $62.00/hr (Weekend Track Rate)
