  • Define AEM component, template, workflow, form, and configuration usage to support business needs using best practices and reusable patterns.
  • Assess development approaches and advocate for solutions maximizing AEM out-of-the-box functionality, shared components, headless content reuse, and long-term maintainability.
  • Support the development of a scalable, omnichannel digital platform aligned with governance, accessibility, performance, and content management standards.
  • Build, update, test, and publish pages, campaigns, and business-driven content initiatives in AEM.
  • Support quality assurance, troubleshooting, and defect resolution across content, templates, components, and front-end behavior prior to release.
  • Identify and help resolve platform, authoring, and delivery issues or technical deficiencies by working across business, production, and technical teams.
  • Ensure content and component implementations support strong accessibility, SEO, metadata quality, discoverability, and an omnichannel approach.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a technical AEM-focused digital role (e.g., Technical Digital Producer, AEM Business Practitioner, AEM Platform Specialist, Digital Platform Producer).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Strong working knowledge of AEM Sites, editable templates, components, workflows, forms, responsive layouts, publishing, and authoring models.
  • Strong understanding of AEM development practices and component architecture, translating designs and business requirements into reusable, responsive, and authorable components.
  • Experience with Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and headless content structures for cross-channel content reuse.
  • Ability to assess technical solutions and determine the use of AEM out-of-the-box functionality, configuration, reusable patterns versus custom development.
  • Ability to work closely with developers to guide implementation decisions on components, templates, workflows, configuration, and front-end behavior.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical deficiencies impacting accessibility, SEO, site performance, and content discoverability, including in AI-powered search.
  • Experience identifying and resolving issues across content, templates, components, workflows, publishing, and production defects.
