About the Role

As an SAP Project Systems (PS) and EPPM Manager, you will serve as a functional subject-matter expert, contributing to end-to-end SAP implementations and translating business requirements into practical SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP PS and EPPM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering and solution-design workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Configure project structures, WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, budgeting, planning, costing, procurement, billing, and settlement.
  • Support EPPM capabilities such as portfolio management, project management, resource management, prioritization, and reporting.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, reporting, data, security, and training teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support integration between SAP PS/EPPM and FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, Asset Accounting, and other relevant SAP modules.
  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Track and communicate workstream status, risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership.
  • Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive SAP experience, with strong functional expertise in SAP PS and/or EPPM.
  • Experience delivering at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably including SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, availability control, cost and revenue planning, procurement, billing, results analysis, and settlement.
  • Experience with EPPM functions, including portfolio planning, project prioritization, resource management, project monitoring, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of integration between SAP PS/EPPM and FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, and Asset Accounting.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical SAP solution designs and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and implementation lifecycle deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
