About the Role

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

Responsibilities

Track/Monitor AT AIP/KPI performance, BSR, OPEX/CAPEX and providing periodic report
Participate in QxR for AT's planning, process and accountability for short/mid/long-term commitments and objectives (QCR/QFR/QBR/QOR and SAR)
Serve as AT SPOC for AT HC POR (DFS and SG&A), attrition rate and its financial impact (Opex and absorption)
Involve/ensure quarter closing process and BKO management
Support on building the processes/accountability system within AT to drive operational efficiency and excellence
Develop intuitive and reliable data modeling and process to define business growth strategy and planning to AOE and AT stakeholders
Participate in Region/ AT level of new projects and gathering inputs from AT participants and delivering as a representative
Ensure consistency, reliability and quality of all standard reporting deliverables
Support adhoc request from ROM/BDSO/Corp functions
Lead/Support AT level PSDM for critical and pending issues per request

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 8 years with a Master’s degree; 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent PSDM (Problem Solving and Decision Making) skills with a strong operational mindset.
Self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while performing effectively under time-sensitive conditions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a positive and proactive mindset.
