About the Role
The largest private developer of shopping centers in the Northeast is seeking a Specialty Leasing Representative for the Crossgates Mall.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new retailers through active and persuasive communication, including cold-calling and weekly travel.
- Negotiate licensing deals to ensure a diverse mix of product lines within shopping centers.
- Manage tenant operational items, including merchandising and visual presentation, to maintain strict performance standards.
- Understand and enforce all clauses and conditions of tenant licensing agreements.
- Analyze revenue, sales, budget, marketing, and deal reports, maintaining accurate business records.
- Coordinate information with retail leasing representatives, regional leasing directors, mall managers, and other specialty leasing representatives.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is encouraged, not required.
