About the Role
PT-Stretch Specialists are responsible for supporting members in achieving healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships. They provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, ensuring members feel and move better, while delivering a positive, educational, and supportive member experience that upholds the Life Time Brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
- Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
- Lead clients through recovery sessions using techniques like assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
- Engage in all required training associated with the role.
- Conduct stretch and recovery demos for new clients, including screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend stretching programs.
- Provide fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members.
- Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
- Complete all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
- Remain current on certifications, new trends, credentials, and continuing education.
- Ensure all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service.
- Document all aspects of client programming.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
- Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class
- Ability to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary/Compensations
- Commissions between 10% and 60% depending on the product and productivity.
- Weekly minimum pay at least applicable minimum wage for each hour worked.
