About the Role
Pyramid Management Group is seeking a high-impact dealmaker to join their Leasing team, developing top Shopping Centers in the Northeast. This position collaborates with senior leadership to develop strategic leasing plans for the portfolio. The role offers high visibility and strong earning potential through a competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract retailers, restaurants, and entertainment concepts.
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close lease agreements.
- Manage deals and pipeline from start to finish.
- Establish and develop professional relationships with national tenants.
- Stay current on emerging trends to bring innovative concepts to the portfolio.
- Collaborate with inter-company departments (marketing, operations, construction, finance, legal) for successful tenant launches.
- Contribute to daily Real Estate Committee meetings.
- Seek new or replacement tenants through contacts and market visits (approx. 2-3 nights per week).
- Travel nationwide for prospecting trips to identify new concepts.
- Coordinate lease amendments and renewals for existing tenants to maximize revenue.
Requirements
- Real estate, sales, or leasing experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with basic financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for deal negotiation.
- Experience in dealmaking or relevant sales.
- Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator.
- Skilled at relationship-building and networking.
- Organized, proactive, and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
- Team player with frequent cross-departmental interactions.
