About the Role
PwC is seeking experienced Workday Financials consultants to join their growing Workday Consulting Team, capitalizing on a decade of successful Workday project delivery. The role is for individuals who see technology as a driver of innovation and want to solve complex societal challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to client-facing Workday projects, taking end-to-end delivery responsibility for R2R workstreams, including Financial Accounting, Close & Consolidation, Allocations, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Taxes, and Financial Reporting.
- Solicit and challenge client requirements, present and facilitate workshops, work with data, and configure solutions in Workday.
- Coordinate with P2P/O2C, Prism/Accounting Centre Data Migration workstreams for end-to-end alignment.
- Develop junior colleagues through career coaching and mentoring.
- Set up and support teams in the offshore center by building appropriate resources for each project.
Requirements
- Background in Finance Transformation and/or a Finance Functional skillset.
- Experience with Workday Record to Report.
- Qualified Accountant or demonstrable experience in finance roles.
- Ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges.
- Demonstrable record of managing people.
- Ability to quickly build relationships, gain immediate credibility, and adapt communication style to suit the audience.
