About the Role

As part of our Business Transformation Team, you will advise clients on complex transformation projects from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective using innovative approaches. You will be involved in shaping the future with confidence and making the world a little better every day.

Responsibilities

• Planning, leading, and supporting innovative and relevant project structures related to the energy and heating transition, as well as the challenges and opportunities of digitalization.
• Comprehensive support for energy companies, focusing on the development and implementation of innovative business models within the framework of decarbonization.
• Participation in topics and projects with high social relevance in the transformation towards a climate-neutral energy world.
• Conducting organizational, process, and economic efficiency analyses, including deriving concrete suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

• Completed degree in energy management, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar.
• Initial experience in the energy sector or transformation processes.
• Fluent German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) language skills.
• High willingness to travel (at least 50%).
