About the Role
As part of our Business Transformation Team, you will advise clients on complex transformation projects from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective using innovative approaches.
Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate implementation plans, defining work packages and activities.
- Monitor service delivery and apply technical methods to analyze and optimize complex systems.
- Maintain a project diary to document progress.
- Prepare and conduct meetings and presentations for effective team communication.
- Utilize AI-powered models and data-driven tools to analyze and optimize complex systems.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a scientific field.
- First professional experience in project management, particularly in change management and technical understanding of complex public sector facilities.
- Knowledge in AI and/or Data Analytics.
- Practical experience with relevant tools and methods (e.g., Power BI, Python, Machine Learning, process automation).
- High service orientation.
- Willingness to travel at least 50%.
- Confident and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
