About the Role
Join our Business Consulting Finance team in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Hannover, Berlin, or Stuttgart. You will advise clients on the digitalization, automation, and optimization of processes in accounting and controlling.
Responsibilities
- Support the optimization and redesign of accounting and controlling processes, organizational structures, and technical systems.
- System and process optimization focusing on financial statement preparation, automation of financial reporting, and optimal corporate management using appropriate controlling instruments.
- Implement consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions (e.g., BI systems) to provide transparent information on profitability and cost management.
- Participate in national and international projects involving new, innovative IT solutions and technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, AI, or sustainability.
Requirements
- Excellent completed degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics.
- Initial practical experience (internship or working student role) in consulting or an industrial company with a focus on accounting and controlling.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or data processing.
- Technologically adept personality with high flexibility.
- Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) language skills.
- Strong interest in financial processes and digitalization, including topics like Sustainable Finance and AI.
- Enthusiasm for agile project work.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
