About the Role
Take 5 Oil Change is seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our growing team as full-time crew members and lube technicians. We provide comprehensive training, allowing you to become skilled in oil changes, filter replacements, tire services, and other light maintenance. This role offers a clear growth path, with over 90% of our shop managers starting as lube technicians.
Responsibilities
- Drain motor oil and change oil filter
- Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
- Inspect and top off fluids
- Perform coolant exchanges
- Restock and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain cleanliness of the work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods
- Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
