About the Role

As a VMD Manager based in the office, you will drive VMD strategy, develop talent, and manage store quality within Japanese stores to maximize brand image and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute VMD strategies based on HQ guidelines.
• Manage and improve store VMD quality, including interiors, windows, and events.
• Manage VMD projects and provide on-site direction for new campaigns, pop-ups, and store openings/renovations.
• Plan and propose VMD strategies tailored to store characteristics, product strategies, and market conditions.
• Train and develop Store VMD Majors and store staff.
• Develop, schedule, and prioritize store visit plans.
• Create reports, analyze issues, and propose improvement actions.
• Manage and optimize VMD-related supplies, fixtures, and tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Construction, and HQ VM teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Moncler's brand concept and the ability to express it at a high level through VMD.
• Extensive practical experience and management experience in the VMD field.
• Experience managing multiple stores or large-scale VMD projects is preferred.
• Ability to train and guide Store VMD Majors and store staff.
• Ability to propose VMD strategies with a commercial perspective, understanding sales, product strategy, and customer trends.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate smoothly with related departments and HQ.
• Flexibility to prioritize and handle urgent tasks and multiple assignments.
• Availability for night construction, regional business trips, and overtime/holiday work during busy periods.
• Proficiency in creating materials, analyzing data, and presenting using PPT and Excel.
• Ability to communicate in English for business (including emails, online meetings, and understanding documents).
