About the Role

Build is developing an autonomous factory for knowledge work, focusing on the platform's user experience. This includes the workflow builder, client interfaces, external access gateways (email, Slack, API), and internal automation, ensuring speed, reliability, and quality across all surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the workflow builder, enabling domain experts to create, edit, and test workflows without engineering involvement.
• Manage the platform surfaces that drive work output for the internal delivery team.
• Develop and maintain the gateways for external access via email, Slack, and API.
• Oversee Build's internal automation, treating the organization's operations as a product.
• Ensure the speed, reliability, and quality of all owned platform components.
