About the Role
This role owns the modular operations that compose Build's workflows. You will be responsible for building new operations, improving underperforming ones, and maintaining the library of capabilities. The expectation is that your work will be of such high quality that a senior professional at a Tier 1 institution would act on Build's output without question.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the modular operations that compose Build's workflows
- Find where outputs fall short of the bar, and fix the underlying capability
- Build the evaluation harness that proves whether a change made things better
- Work with domain experts to encode what 'correct' actually means
- Reduce the human review a workflow needs without lowering the standard
- Keep the capability library composable as it grows
- Spend as much time on failure analysis as on building
- Own quality end-to-end, from prompt to delivered artifact
