About the Role

This role sits beside domain experts to build software that automates their manual and repeated work. You will convert expert judgment into working software, owning the end-to-end process from design to evolution, and ensuring the delivery team produces more with less of its time.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the domain team and learn their work well enough to automate it
• Build agentic workflows and internal tools that take real work off their plate
• Ship in front of the user and iterate on what you learn in the room
• Turn repeated expert judgment into software that holds up in production
• Own your work end-to-end: design, build, deploy, observe, evolve
• Bring engineering rigour to workflows that have never had any
• Feed what you learn back into the core product
• Decide what is worth building, without waiting for a specification
