About the Role
Enhance and elevate the customer experience by executing the direction of the custom tailor shop in retail locations to drive sales and brand loyalty through basic alteration services and apparel enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Store Manager to execute craftsmanship strategy
- Perform basic alteration services such as hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to elevate client experience
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and educate and train store teams on customer offerings and services
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a denim tailor or similar apparel technical background
- Thorough understanding of denim industry and current/upcoming trends
- Knowledge of textiles and fabrics
- Proven skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair
- Detail and design oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
