About the Role

Lumek Visuals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team in New York. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment and wants to develop a strong foundation in marketing, campaign coordination, brand communication, and client-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Support the coordination of marketing projects, presentations, and client materials
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Help prepare campaign reports and organize performance information
• Maintain accurate marketing records, project documentation, and internal resources
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams
• Assist with brand communication and promotional materials
• Support event, campaign, and project logistics when required
• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal team members
• Contribute ideas that improve campaign execution and overall marketing performance
