Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge
- Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear
- Work with teammates to maintain safety standards
- Ensure pricing is accurate and current, including promotions
- Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
