About the Role

Mian Market is a modern Asian convenience concept focusing on trendy products, snacks, instant noodles, beverages, and a special shopping experience. We combine classic local supply with a modern store concept and bring Asian convenience culture to Germany. For our location, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality as a retail salesperson (m/f/d) who enjoys sales, customer contact, and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Advise customers in a friendly and competent manner to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are always well-stocked and tidy.
Accept and unpack deliveries and arrange products attractively.
Operate the cash register and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assist in organizing and executing sales promotions and events to promote Asian products.

Requirements

Completed vocational training in retail is an advantage, but not strictly required.
Initial experience in sales, retail, or customer service is desirable.
Enjoy interacting with people and selling.
Reliable, independent, and meticulous work approach.
Teamwork and commitment.
Well-groomed and friendly demeanor.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Good German language skills; additional languages are a plus.
