About the Role
Delta Technicians are front-line representatives responsible for power-washing vehicles before they enter the car wash and thoroughly cleaning their interiors. This role focuses on achieving 100% customer satisfaction by upholding Delta Sonic's quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Power-wash vehicles prior to entering the car wash.
- Thoroughly clean the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components.
- Sweep, mop, pick up trash, clean restrooms, and remove snow.
- Perform light maintenance tasks.
- Earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification.
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality.
- Work in the carwash and/or detail shop, depending on staffing needs.
Requirements
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-focused position requiring multi-tasking.
- Excellent communication skills and a love of working with customers.
- A detail-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperatures.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Year-round schedule availability is required.
