About the Role

Delta Technicians are front-line representatives responsible for power-washing vehicles before they enter the car wash and thoroughly cleaning their interiors. This role focuses on achieving 100% customer satisfaction by upholding Delta Sonic's quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Power-wash vehicles prior to entering the car wash.
• Thoroughly clean the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components.
• Sweep, mop, pick up trash, clean restrooms, and remove snow.
• Perform light maintenance tasks.
• Earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification.
• Achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality.
• Work in the carwash and/or detail shop, depending on staffing needs.

Requirements

• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-focused position requiring multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication skills and a love of working with customers.
• A detail-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperatures.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Year-round schedule availability is required.
