About the Role
Be the face of patient excellence and quality customer service. Make a lasting first impression by meeting and greeting patients and family members, providing a compassionate ear and calm direction. Coordinate appointments and perform general clerical duties to ensure the timely, efficient, and accurate flow of patient information. Welcome and direct visitors and colleagues, page nurses, answer phones, and sign for medical deliveries.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Minimum of one-year previous clerical experience
- Knowledge of computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and courteously with staff, patients, and visitors
- Must live within a commutable distance to NYP
