About the Role
Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, enterprise analytics solutions with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). This role serves as the technical leader for CRM Analytics initiatives across the Global Commercial Operations & Enablement (GCOE) organization, combining deep expertise in Salesforce data architecture, CRM Analytics development, business process design, and enterprise reporting to deliver analytics solutions that improve commercial performance and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define business requirements, and translate complex business challenges into scalable enterprise analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, and related technologies.
- Architect and deliver enterprise analytics solutions, including CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dashboards, data models, and reporting frameworks, leveraging Power BI where appropriate to provide meaningful business insights and enable organizational performance.
- Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics and business intelligence initiatives by guiding solution architecture, technical design, implementation, governance, and stakeholder adoption while collaborating across business, IT, and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the technical leader for the CRM Analytics platform by establishing development standards, providing architectural guidance, conducting solution reviews, and mentoring developers and analysts on CRM Analytics and Power BI best practices.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging analytics technologies, identifying opportunities to improve business processes, and advancing CRM Analytics, enterprise reporting, data architecture, and analytics capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate complex business challenges into effective analytics solutions, and serve as the bridge between business and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), including enterprise data modeling, dashboard development, data visualization, and solution design across multiple business functions.
- Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, dimensional data modeling, and enterprise analytics architecture, with experience leveraging data across Salesforce, Oracle, and other ERP/CRM platforms to deliver scalable business intelligence solutions.
- Proven experience leading complex analytics initiatives, providing technical direction and mentorship to developers and analysts, and effectively communicating complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.
