About the Role
This position supports senior leadership on site selection and location strategy engagements for Newmark’s corporate clients, while managing specific client workstreams and select assignments. The role is client-facing and analytical, responsible for data analysis, location and cost modeling, utility assessment, GIS integration, market due diligence, and the development of client-ready deliverables through every stage of the investment decision. This position will work across the full breadth of Newmark’s Global Strategy group, with exposure to and collaboration with incentives and economic development specialists. The role will involve primarily North America engagements but will be exposed to global accounts and opportunities in EMEA, LATAM and AsiaPac.
Responsibilities
