About the Role
You will find, evaluate, and close acquisitions for Sequence Holdings, and then help build the businesses you acquire. This role involves owning the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, and continuing to shape operating models and define technology platform transformations post-acquisition. The position offers direct involvement with decision-makers and the opportunity to shape M&A strategy.

- Build the businesses acquired.
- Own the full investment lifecycle: sourcing proprietary opportunities, building relationships with founders and owners, underwriting businesses, leading diligence, and driving transactions to close.
- Stay close to businesses post-acquisition.
