About the Role
Giga is building gigawatts of AI data centers and is hiring an AI Training & Enablement Lead to develop the learning and adoption systems that keep the company at the forefront of applied AI. This role involves helping employees transition from awareness to confident, responsible AI use and from initial experiments to robust operational workflows. The position blends the functions of an internal AI creator and an adoption operator, requiring the ability to translate complex work problems into clear learning experiences and improved processes.
Responsibilities
- Own Giga's company-wide AI learning and enablement roadmap, with practical paths for employees, managers, leaders, power users, and builders.
- Learn how work happens across various functions and translate high-value needs into role-specific learning.
- Design and deliver hands-on workshops, workflow labs, onboarding sessions, office hours, and team coaching.
- Act as Giga's internal AI creator, producing concise, high-signal videos, live demos, field notes, job aids, and reusable examples.
- Build and maintain an easy-to-navigate enablement hub with guidance on approved tools, workflow playbooks, prompt and agent patterns, verification checklists, and examples.
- Build a network of AI champions to adapt guidance, coach peers, surface friction, and share best practices.
- Turn repeated employee questions and workflow requests into reusable training, templates, controlled experiments, or briefs for other teams.
- Maintain a practical frontier radar by testing new models, agents, and workflow patterns, and recommending adoption strategies.
- Partner with Digital Operations, Security, Legal, People, and data owners to ensure learning includes guidance on approved tools, confidentiality, verification, and escalation.
- Measure adoption beyond attendance by tracking activation, repeat use, workflow reuse, confidence, blocker closure, quality, cycle time, hours freed, and responsible-use signals.
- Capture internal success stories and adoption barriers to provide leaders with evidence and recommendations.
- Create protected moments for learning and experimentation, such as showcases, build sprints, or discovery sessions.
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating the ability to teach complex technology clearly through live facilitation, video, writing, job aids, or a combination of formats.
- Hands-on fluency across modern AI tools and workflows, with a specific example of a personally built or configured agent, automation, or reusable workflow.
- Evidence of changing behavior and sustaining adoption, not just delivering a launch or a course.
- Ability to diagnose business workflows, identify AI application points, and determine when deterministic automation or human judgment is more appropriate.
- Exceptional facilitation and storytelling skills across diverse audiences, from frontline operators to executives.
- Strong content judgment to quickly create accurate, useful tutorials that can be revised as tools change.
- A record of measuring post-enablement changes, including usage, workflow adoption, quality, cycle time, or hours freed.
- Practical judgment regarding confidentiality, permissions, hallucinations, grounding, output verification, human review, and appropriate AI usage.
- High ownership, curiosity, direct communication, and comfort operating quickly amidst rapid technological and organizational change.
