About the Role
This hybrid role offers flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, risk-based audits and projects across Aon’s global business.
Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering audit projects across a range of business areas and processes
- Developing audit approaches and testing strategies aligned to key risks and controls
- Analysing data, interpreting findings and delivering clear, practical recommendations
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating insights effectively
- Supporting continuous improvement through project work, investigations and innovation in audit delivery
Requirements
- Experience delivering audit or control projects within a regulated environment
- Experience within insurance, reinsurance, retirement, investments or a similar regulated industry
- Strong understanding of risk, controls and audit methodology
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Curiosity, adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset
