About the Role
This position supports the First Line of Defense (FLOD) Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program, collaborating with business units and regions to develop goals, strategies, and performance management to meet the Bank's CRA objectives.
Responsibilities
- Interpret CRA regulations to review potential community development activities and prepare rationale write-ups, including verification and cataloging of necessary documentation.
- Conduct analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of CRA programs, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events and activities, coordinating CRA/Community Development volunteer opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding volunteer management.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to volunteer management.
- Support annual Assessment Area delineation.
- Support Public File maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience in community reinvestment, program management OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in community reinvestment, program management.
