About the Role

LOGISTEED America is a leading global logistics and freight forwarding provider. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Operations candidate to join our Export Operations team in Mineola, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced logistics environment, thrives on solving challenges, and has experience coordinating international shipments while ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international export shipments via air, ocean, and ground transportation.
Prepare, review, and process transportation and export documentation to meet customs, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with customers, carriers, warehouses, and global partners to ensure timely shipment execution.
Manage multiple shipment activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
Maintain compliance with export regulations, company policies, and transportation standards.
Support warehouse operations, inventory verification, labeling, packing, and shipment preparation when required.
Assist with safety initiatives and maintain established productivity, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Participate in cross-training across Export Operations functions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to meet TSA background requirements.
Successfully pass pre-employment drug testing.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
Ability to understand and comply with OSHA safety requirements and export compliance programs.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
English speaking and writing fluency.
