About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Governance Risk and Compliance, you'll play a vital role in helping clients build confidence in their risk management capabilities while delivering large-scale transformation projects that strengthen their foundations for sustainable growth. You'll be working with clients across diverse industries facing complex regulatory and compliance challenges.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with clients on their large transformation programs to mitigate regulatory and compliance risks.
- Developing risk management strategies for clients to drive compliance and strengthen existing processes and controls.
- Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding client strategy, objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems, and regulatory environment.
- Helping clients navigate an evolving risk and regulatory landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements, and reporting these impactfully.
Requirements
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Leading large teams and project managing a full range of assurance tasks including planning, testing, reviewing, and reporting on large and complex client engagements.
- Working closely with teams to develop their skills and grow from a personal and professional perspective.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Well-developed research and problem-solving skills.
