About the Role
Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join an established team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. This full-time, outpatient position focuses on delivering premier healthcare with patients as the priority. The role involves 35 patient contact hours and 5 admin hours per week, working with a supportive, established team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver premier healthcare to the region.
- Focus on patients in all aspects of care.
- Work in a traditional outpatient practice setting.
- Engage in 35 patient contact hours per week.
- Dedicate 5 hours per week to administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with an established team.
- Provide OB and specialty support.
- Participate in a reasonable call schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to meet and maintain credentialing requirements and hospital privileges.
- Knowledge and competency in a wide range of clinical areas.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR software.
