About the Role

As an Analyst in IT Consulting, you will be part of an agile team, strategically driving exciting IT projects. You will advise clients from strategy to implementation and develop innovative solution concepts with your team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients from strategy to implementation and develop innovative solution concepts.
• Model and define processes, components, and systems for clients.
• Conduct requirements analyses for software systems.
• Perform functional tests and acceptances in ongoing projects.
• Resolve all kinds of problems during implementation and development.
• Independently prepare, moderate, and evaluate customer workshops.
• Actively support sales in ongoing customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting with a demonstrable focus in the Insurance, Retail, or Public sectors.
• Methodical and practical experience in requirements management and requirements definition.
• Knowledge and experience in software engineering aspects of software projects.
• Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence, use of AI-supported tools, and continuous development of AI competencies.
• Very good German and good English language skills for confident communication.
