About the Role

Five Below is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure crew members provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. This role involves leading front-end operations, maintaining store standards, and supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members provide excellent customer service through personal interaction.
• Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience for fast and friendly checkouts.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Manage front-end operations and merchandising, ensuring standards are met.
• Ensure front-end equipment is functional and associates are trained on services.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in their absence.
• Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members.
• Review and act upon corporate communications.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Perform store maintenance tasks including garbage removal, cleaning, and stock room organization.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Store Manager based on store needs.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts and travel.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
