Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality, healthy meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation.
- Assist with inventory and kitchen organization.
- Prepare food and record temperatures to HACCP standards and maintain proper logs.
- Accommodate patients with special diets.
- Adhere to Trinity Health's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen (healthcare or hospital experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of healthy meal preparation and food safety.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
