About the Role
Join a high-performing team passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and proactively supporting customers through the loan application process. In this dual support and outbound sales role, you will help customers complete applications, answer questions, and introduce them to additional services.
Responsibilities
- Guide prospects through the loan application process with clear, step-by-step support.
- Answer questions and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Help customers complete any outstanding steps to fund their loan quickly and efficiently.
- Use a computer-based dialer to reach out to prospects who started but didn’t complete their loan applications.
- Answer questions about the application process, eligibility, and general loan details.
- Build trust and confidence with prospects.
- When appropriate, direct customers to a nearby retail location for in-person assistance and further support.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Must be available to start on September 2, 2026.
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check and credit check.
