About the Role

Store Managers are the driving force behind an awesome store experience, balancing operations, team development, and customer wow moments. This role is for passionate leaders who want to build a high-performing team and lead with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead with presence, acting as the face, voice, and pace of the store.
• Grow a team through coaching, feedback, and celebration.
• Manage store operations, including freight flow, zone presentation, and priority setting.
• Manage labor effectively to align with business needs and budget.
• Drive sales by modeling selling behaviors and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create a positive, fun, and high-performing store culture.
• Adapt to fast-paced changes and pivot when necessary.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability for outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
• Experience managing a store or large department (retail experience preferred).
• Comfortable leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet.
• Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
