About the Role

As part of a team passionate about building, Eiffage Infra-Ost is expanding its infrastructure development efforts across Germany. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage construction sites in the engineering and reinforced concrete sectors, ensuring projects are completed to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction sites in the engineering/reinforced concrete sector.
• Plan personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Oversee overall site execution in collaboration with construction management, adhering to technical and time specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on site.
• Assist with site billing and cost control.
• Independently maintain daily construction reports.
• Assign and manage assigned trade employees, monitoring work performance.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in construction technology plus further training as a site manager or certified foreman, or completed master craftsman training (construction sector).
• Initial or several years of professional experience in the aforementioned field within infrastructure construction, preferably in civil engineering.
• Valid SIVV certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Leadership skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
• Valid driver's license Class B is mandatory.
