About the Role

Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is seeking an Associate Director, Operator Marketing to drive growth within priority operator groups. This role involves understanding operator insights, designing value-added solutions, and collaborating across sales, culinary, and marketing teams to meet industry demands and achieve business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies based on operator and diner insights.
  • Customize brand campaigns and develop sales tools.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams for menu inspiration.
  • Manage and own category-specific P&Ls for Canada.
  • Understand competitive share standing.
  • Create targeted digital content to generate demand.
  • Excel in cross-functional teamwork and engage directly with operators.
  • Deliver business targets aligned with operator needs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to ensure strategic alignment and measurability of marketing activities.
  • Understand trade or customer marketing to ensure plans by customer/channels deliver the best ROI.

Requirements

  • 4-year College Degree in marketing, business, or culinary.
  • 10+ years of experience in foodservice or relevant marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers.
  • Strong project management, presentation skills, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency and drive to become a proficient user of systems like Salesforce.com and Power BI.
  • Passion for driving results and a strong interest in the food industry.
  • Competitive volume growth as a key driver.
