About the Role

Join the exceptional care team at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center, supporting residents in regaining strength, independence, and confidence. Our Sub‑Acute Rehabilitation Unit provides compassionate, goal-oriented care in a warm, community‑focused environment. We are hiring Per Diem RNs and LPNs with flexible commitment levels of 16 or 32 hours, offering all shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive admission assessments
  • Interpret clinical and psychosocial data
  • Develop and communicate individualized plans of care
  • Educate residents and families on care and services
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Administer medications and monitor IV therapy
  • Assist with treatments and procedures
  • Collect resident data and contribute to care planning
  • Provide emotional support to residents and families
  • Ensure safe, high‑quality care in accordance with policies and standards

Requirements

  • Current NYS RN license
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or diploma from an accredited nursing program
  • Current NYS LPN license

Salary/Compensations

  • LPN Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
  • RN Pay Range: $44.00 - $47.00 per hour
