About the Role

Join Our Lady of Mercy’s Memory Care Team Where Compassion Meets Innovation. Our Memory Care Unit is a place of dignity, comfort, and connection, and we’re looking for passionate caregivers to join us in making a difference. The environment itself is therapeutic—our Sky Simulator gently mimics the natural rhythms of daylight, helping residents feel more grounded, calm, and connected. Responsibilities

Provide person-centered care to residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia
Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team
Engage in meaningful activities that promote cognitive and emotional well-being
Be part of a unit that embraces innovation, empathy and excellence
Provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision
Assist with treatments, procedures, and resident care activities
Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to collect data and help establish care priorities
Contribute to the development and communication of individualized care plans
Administer medications and monitor IV therapy per established standards
Uphold all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Offer compassionate support to residents and their families

Requirements

Current New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
1-year experience as an LPN, preferably in a Skilled Nursing setting

Part time
Rotating Shift
Day shift, 7a-3p
Every other weekend commitment
Weekend Track LPNs for 7a-7p or 7p-7a every other Saturday Sunday!

Salary/Compensations

$24.00 - $31.10 per hour
$33.95 - $36.50/hour
