About the Role
As an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters & Onboarding Manager, you will analyze business requirements, design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, and assist with testing and end-user support. This role is crucial for ensuring continuity and upholding standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current business requirements and processes, recommending and developing solutions.
- Design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions (SmartRecruiters & Onboarding) modules based on business requirements.
- Assist in developing functional specifications for developments.
- Assist in the testing process, including developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios.
- Assist in application support, system testing, and end-user training.
Requirements
- Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (SmartRecruiters & Onboarding) modules.
- Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Ability to interpret business requirements/problems and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project.
- Experience with cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations).
- Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors projects for Talent Acquisition (SmartRecruiters & Onboarding) modules.
- Experience leading client workshops and creating documentation and training materials.
