About the Role
As a Style Ambassador at Everlane, you’ll curate an elevated shopping experience, acting as a brand historian and personal stylist. You are a dynamic presence, thriving in a fast-paced environment and contributing positively to your team with optimism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Build personalized relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Provide exceptional styling recommendations to build customer confidence and loyalty.
- Leverage product knowledge to sell and style products, offering fit advice.
- Maintain store environment standards with a customer-first mindset.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Take ownership of performance and demonstrate urgency and high energy in tackling opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
- Must be able to bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift/carry/move at least 40 pounds.
- Must have a minimum of 12 hours of availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must regularly stand and move around the store, remaining accessible to customers.
- Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
