About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll work directly with restaurants and hospitality groups to identify gaps in their current tools, recommending the appropriate In-Store Platform solutions including reservation, waitlist & table management, Online Ordering for delivery & pickup, marketing automation, and more. This role is necessary to the success of empowering hospitality operators everywhere to excel, be inspired, and deliver magical guest experiences every day. You will add new restaurants to our platform while collaborating with operational teams to support onboarding and foster relationships to guarantee smooth transitions.
Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of restaurants and hospitality groups.
- Focus on restaurant acquisition while building strong relationships with partners and advocating for client success.
- Master the value proposition of our In-Store platform.
- Help operators understand how we can help their business through consultative sales approaches and creative solution presentation.
- Conduct meetings and demos both virtually and in person when applicable.
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase our platform's capabilities and business impact.
- Own 100% of the sale from prospecting through to go-live.
- Handle pitching, negotiation, contracts, live product demonstrations, follow-ups, and agreement signing in the full sales cycle.
- Build relationships with your partners and always advocate for client success.
- Act as a trusted advisor who ensures long-term partnership success and smooth onboarding transitions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hospitality technology or B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota while managing senior-level targets
- Face-to-face and virtual presentation capability with the ability to work autonomously both in-office and remotely
- Technologically savvy with a desire to learn new tools and perform daily responsibilities with a drive for results
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and equivalent tools
- Willing to travel into core markets periodically
- Approach every client conversation with a consultative mindset to identify business gaps and present creative solutions
