About the Role
As a Senior Manager in People & Change, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and executing workforce transformation and strategic change initiatives that align organisational energies and foster growth. You’ll be working with clients across sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Mining, Retail and Consumer, Entertainment & Media, and Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored people and change strategies that drive successful transformation
- Lead the delivery and execution of people-led transformational change, including a focus on leadership, culture and capability
- Engage and align with senior stakeholders to ensure the success of transformational change
- Cultivate a people-centric culture through leadership alignment and employee experience initiatives
- Support organisations in uplifting capability across all levels of the workforce
- Work with organisations to identify and manage the workforce and change implications of their AI journey
Requirements
- Extensive experience in change management – centred on technology, operating model and culture change - involving strategy, design, and planning within diverse sectors
- Strong skills in developing and leading programs that enhance leadership and team capabilities in organisations transforming around AI, risk, productivity and simplification
- An understanding of and ability to present a perspective on key workforce trends and help organisations develop people strategies to transform
- Proven ability to engage with and command credibility from senior executives
- Flexible problem-solving abilities with a knack for navigating organisational complexity
- Experience working in professional services environments (or similar) and balancing client commitments, team contribution and business development
