About the Role
Assist in delivering care, including assessing needs, planning and meeting the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient care with the care team
- Maintain patient safety and a clean, safe environment
- Promote and support an organized work environment
- Under the supervision of the RN, provide quality nursing care focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience
Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
