About the Role
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for its Before and After School Program at Netherwood Elementary School. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children, possess energy, kindness, and patience, and enjoy fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The position requires effective communication with families and teammates, reliability, organization, and a commitment to exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Ensure children are engaged, safe, and having fun.
- Maintain program quality aligned with Healthy Kids Programs' model.
- Ensure the site is fully staffed daily with prepared and supported teachers.
- Operate the site in compliance with staffing ratios at all times.
- Maintain accurate and current records.
- Ensure the site is well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
- Manage inventory and restocking effectively.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13.
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children.

- Morning Program: 7:00 - 9:45 am
- Afternoon Program: 3:30 - 6:30 pm

Salary/Compensations
- $16.50 per hour
