About the Role
Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for their After School Program at Lee F. Jackson Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children, possess energy, kindness, and patience, and enjoy fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.
Responsibilities
- Ensure children are engaged, safe, and having fun.
- Maintain program quality aligned with Healthy Kids Programs' model.
- Ensure the site is fully staffed daily with prepared and supported teachers.
- Operate the site in compliance with all required ratios.
- Maintain accurate and current records.
- Ensure the program is ready for inspection at any time.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials for teachers.
- Restock supplies before they run out.
Requirements
- Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks.
- Must be medically fit to perform job duties, including a clear TB test.
- Must be warm, friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Experience Level
- Two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age (with HS diploma)
- One year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (with Credential)
Education Level
- High school diploma or equivalent
- School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential
- Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
Salary/Compensations
- $17.50 per hour
