About the Role

This role offers a genuine opportunity to work across the full breadth of a fast-moving consumer business, producing analysis that directly shapes company growth. It is ideal for individuals with around two years of analytics experience ready to take on more ownership, work with senior stakeholders, and build commercial instincts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trading performance across the gym estate and surface insights to enable quick and confident business actions.
• Support member acquisition and retention analysis to understand drivers of membership growth and churn reduction.
• Collaborate with the Property team to analyze location performance and inform decisions on new openings and investments.
• Evaluate product performance and member behavior to assist the Product team in enhancing the member experience.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with a clear view of performance in their respective areas.
• Manage ad hoc business questions from scoping to presenting findings.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues to drive action.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a data insight role, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong, independent SQL skills, including comfort with writing and troubleshooting queries without assistance.
• Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Aptitude for presenting data clearly through analysis and visualization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and curious approach to problem-solving.
